(for billing purposes, whenever it applies), credit cards information and autographic signature (in banking vouchers, whenever it applies).

Pursuant to article 9th. of the Law, in the case of sensitive personal data Operadora Xuna S.A. de C.V. will be required to obtain the prior written consent of the holder through his autographic signature, electronic signature or any authentication mechanism established for this effect. Operadora Xuna S.A. de C.V. does not request sensitive personal data.

Operadora Xuna, S.A. de C.V. only performs information transfers with the web hosting companies with which it has an existing legal relationship in order to maintain, update and manage their websites through which it informs its partners, contracting parties and users about activities, promotions, events, studies, Trust Marks and industry initiatives.
